Harmonious Migrations is a 30 minute auditorium show followed by additional interactive activities that has been developed to teach children (and their families) about the interconnectivity of the elements in the environment as they relate to crane flyways. Harmonious Migrations illustrates how Native peoples of North America participate in the same planetary dance as the crane and all creations. Best suited for children ages 5-12 but all are welcome.

We’re pleased to offer this special program thanks to IBEX Puppetry and additional sponsorship from South County Tourism.

Children’s Hour at Tomaquag Museum is a FREE public program held every Wednesday morning from 10:00-11:00 am for children of all ages. Each week features a different interactive lesson. Through music, dance, storytelling, crafts and Narragansett language, museum educators focus on Indigenous New England history, culture and art.

Thank you to our sponsors from USDA Rural Development Grant and Rhode Island State Council for the Arts! For more information, contact us at 401-491-9063 or email slarose@tomaquagmuseum.org.
